Roles & Responsibilities

The candidate should be able to perform the following:

  • Brainstorm new and creative ways to build brand awareness and advocates. 
  • Develop content strategy targeted at audience in different funnel stages
  • Engage online community by cultivating conversations and sharing relevant content on different platforms (not limited to social media, blogs, e-newsletters and/or youtube, messenger, facebook groups, telegram, wechat and whatsapp)
  • Grow strategic partnership with corporates and media for publicity and content distribution
  • Monitor social media campaigns, online conversations and analyze web traffic from the online community.
  • Evaluate, optimise and report on website and digital marketing campaign performance
  • Supervise team in the execution on online initiatives
  • Work with external writers and agencies to reach marketing goals

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or a related field
  • Hands on experience in SEO, copywriting and content marketing
  • Highly savvy in social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, & LinkedIn
  • Strong track record of success growing online communities from scratch
  • Great written communication skills
  • Proactive, execution-oriented and resourceful
  • Driven with strong project management skills

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service and follow up with them
  • Provide professional rehab, TCM and wellness advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be the patient’s advocate; giving advice and recommend what treatment is suitable for them
  • Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers
  • Oversee and manage the overall operation of the branch eg. Ops Roster, Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, marketing promotions and updates
  • In charge and run the outlet efficiently and effectively. Accountable for cash register and shop’s opening and closing
  • Proficient Housekeeping and Administrative paperwork of the Centre
  • Handle customers’ complaints and feedback
  • To assist in making cold calls to customers and taking appointments including registration and closure
  • Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms including physio gym floor are in good & conductive condition, maintaining hygiene, cleanliness and safety measures.
  • Manage appointments, client records, orders, stock, and sales transactions. Ensure accuracy of inventory movement and stock level.
  • Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment
  • Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the centre

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer service and people skills required
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays

Job Responsibilities:

·      Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our treatments and products

·      Manage the centre day to day sales and operations

·      Understand and review client’s needs to appropriately recommend suitable treatment plans and products to clients

·      Explain the benefits and functions of treatments, procedures and promote programs to clients

·      Provide attentive pre & post treatment care for all clients

·      Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.

·      Attend to client’s inquiries, complaints, feedback and administer service recovery

·      Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

 

Role Requirement

·      1 or 2 years of experience as a sales consultant in a Wellness, Healthcare and/or Hospitality sector

·      Knowledge of TCM, physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage, a plus.

·      Highly initiative with strong problem-solving skills

·      A team player with practitioner collaboration skills

·      Good communications skills.

·      Able to multi-task, and manage time effectively

·      Result-driven and get motivated by bringing in sales to the company.

·      Comfortable in handling mobile phone, email enquiries in English
