Medical Relationship Manager

Job Description

As a Medical Relationship Manager, you will be expected to deliver friendly customer service as well as to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all the patients, with the main aim to excel in providing good patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Clinic Operations Manager
  • Registering and scheduling appointments for patients
  • Managing email, phone and upfront enquiries from patients
  • Providing chaperone assistance to patients
  • Assisting doctors with simple procedures
  • Providing patient education and financial counselling
  • Preparing and dispensing medications
  • Performing cashiering duties and daily settlements
  • Performing any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O, Higher NITEC or NITEC qualification
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage as the role requires the candidate to communicate with international clients.
  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply (training will be provided)

Clinic Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in booking of appointments, billing, checking patient’s details using Clinic Assist software
  • Assist in booking of radiology scans, operating theatre, ward and other related bookings
  • Submission of claims through various insurance portals
  • Standing in as a chaperone and assist the doctor during patient consultations
  • Performing any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Friendly and approachable, with good interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior experience in clinic would be an advantage
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm), Sat (8:30am – 1pm)
  • Job Environment: Small and cohesive team.

GP Medical & Paincare

Clinic Manager / Assistant

You will be responsible for management of day-to-day operations of clinics to maintain optimal operating function in performing the below responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
  • General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the Clinic Manager/Ssupervisor
  • Update medical billings/invoices
  • Responsible for monthly stock take of medical drugs and consumables
  • Assist Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
  • Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift)

Job Requirements

  • Possess professional certificate or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Diploma or NITEC qualifications
  • Minimum 1 Year work experience
  • Possess customer service skills in communications and relating well to people

Senior Physiotherapist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of physiotherapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Manage patients in the areas of musculoskeletal, geriatrics, and chronic disease management in an outpatient setting
  • Participate in public education forums and activities on physiotherapy
  • Contribute towards continuous quality improvement in the department and provide guidance and supervision to Physiotherapy students and Therapy Assistants

Role Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy, recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
  • Accredited Full-registration by AHPC
  • Higher qualifications and experience in musculoskeletal/geriatrics/chronic disease management will be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a challenging environment alongside a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to demonstrate and articulate sound clinical knowledge and reasoning, critical thinking, judgement, and decision-making in the provision of care
  • A willingness to work at a different polyclinic location from time to time
